I had so much respect and admiration for Brother Jim. So many things he said during sermons and radio broadcasts have stayed with me over the years and have had a major impact on my life. I was also always so impressed by his intellect and the easy, second-nature way he could quote scriptures. I think he was truly a great man and a great servant of God.

I consider myself a student and former member of Bethesda 1985 - 1995 until I moved to California. He will always remembered because of his walk with God and his Character a man of God I always respected and admired. We would all do well to continue to thank God for him as our spiritual father in church and the lives we know he impacted.
Thank you Lord for allowing me to be Blessed by you through the life of the true man of under-shephered

I attended Bethesda Christian Church from 1999 to 2009. I went through catechism and numerous Sunday school meetings. I was always excited to go to church as I had never had that feeling before. One thing that I looked forward to was being there early on Sunday mornings and seeing Pastor Jim as he would greet each and everyone who were there before services started. I even attended the mid-week bible study's in the chapel also hosted by Pastor Jim.

I think I must have nearly every book Pastor Beall wrote. I was led to Christ at Bethesda Missionary Temple in Detroit in 1972. Pastor Beall utterly changed my life. I still cherish hearing Mom Beall on Sunday mornings, and so loved the Beall family. My five years or so at Bethesda laid a lifetime foundation of faith and I will always be grateful. Pastor Beall, I'll be seeing you again one day soon, and I can't wait. You were a good and faithful servant and now you are wearing many crowns.

As I was growing up in Hamtramck, my mother would tune in to WJLB every morning at 10:00 am. I can still hear Pastor Beall's voice, "America to your knees, it's prayer time in America." He was a great teacher of God's Word, and although I have never met him face to face, his teachings have greatly influenced my life.

Once again another year has gone by and we still miss Pastor James L Beall! No other pastor have I had can take the place of this shepherd God placed over others. I thank God for all that he shared and taught us on this earth. My sincere condolences again to all the family.
As we travel down memory lane let us remember the spiritual heritage he left for all of us in the body of Christ!

To me He was my Father in the Gospel. I still listen to tapes recorded of his Preaching. There is that something that makes you feel comfort from the Shepherd. It resonates and causes me to think back when he was preaching. I will always love and appreciate the opportunity to have had him as my Pastor.

I thing I often think about when I think of the day my Mother went home to be with the Lord. I
