Condolence & Memory Journal

I will never forget Aunt Debbie always making sure to come up to me during our Christmas Day celebration, which she made sure to attend every year, and always asking me about my past exploits and adventures. Whether it be about Tulane down in New Orleans or asking me about how i am doing in Chicago and what are the best things about the cities. I know I will deeply miss her and our wonderful conversations about the true great things in life food, family, and love.

Debbie will be so greatly missed. She was always so thoughtful, kind to everyone, and always had a smile on her face. She treated us as though we were family. I will miss her presence, but will always value the time and memories we had together.

Her beautiful smiling face will never be forgotten. She seamlessly integrated into our muti-family gatherings and always showed so much interest and encouragement throughout all of my endeavors. I looked forward to sharing each next step with her and Paul every year. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Szkubiel family, Paul, and all the lives that Debbie touched. Her presences will be greatly missed.

It sure is hard to accept the reality when a beloved friend leaves us. I will forever feel lucky to have known her. We always had each other's back and support. (Even though Debbie and I were the same age I always felt the need to protect her since she was so small and dainty. (I had to threaten a bully in grade school). I know I was one of the lucky ones to have known her. She was the sweetest and one of God's special angels who will be missed so much. I loved her like a sister"

The sudden loss of Aunt Debbie leaves us with a hole in our hearts. We were just thinking of her as we watched Mav dancing to the reindeer she gave him and thinking of her. It's that happiness that she shared that I will always remember. The world has lost a kind, generous person who always put others before herself. May she be reunited with her parents and her soul Rest In Peace.

Our family has lost a most precious, generous, intelligent, loving member in Debbie. Debbie will be missed by us all. She was my brother Paul's life partner of 14 years and the best partner Paul could possibly ever have. She alway took great care of him and he loved her deeply
. We will always be grateful to you. We love you and miss you! Condolences to your family.

A Salute to a Special Woman as paraphrased by his wife.
I shall never forget your sparkle and natural warmth. It helped
me in those early years to meld into my new family. An uncommon
talent I so appreciated! I will miss you .

Debbies passing has come to a complete shock to me as well as to the family. Debbie has been my dearest and first friend for 57yrs. Her passing has left a deep whole in my heart. I am so lucky and honored to have had her in my life. I will treasure all our memories and recent visits and conversations forever. God must have plans for Debbie and obviously needs her more. He is definitely getting a special person. The sound of her voice and laughter will stay with me always. I send my deepest sympathy to the family and Paul.
