Condolence & Memory Journal

I sat next to John at the Cross Co. for a few years in the 1990's. He was a very friendly guy who frequently had an interesting story to tell. He was a very knowledgeable and methodical engineer. I enjoyed being his coworker. May he Rest In Peace.

Our deepest sympathy to you, Maxine, and your family. I fondly remember every time that I reached up on my tip toes to give John a hug, thinking, man, he's tall! I always appreciated John's beautiful voice leading us in song at weekday Masses. He will be missed. Sincerely, Pat and Cliff SSJP

What began as a work relationship between John & John turned into a friendship that withstood the test of time. What started with cocktails after work at Lipsticks & the Library (not really a Library) Christmas Dances, family celebrations, to Buttonwood Bay in Sebring Fla. John was a true friend, a loving person, loved to sing, play golf, and most of all a devoted husband to his love Maxine. You will be missed our Friend, We love you!

Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. It was always a pleasure coming to Michigan on family vacations. Seeing Uncle John and Aunt Maxine on the road trips. Coming to and through Omaha. We were lucky to have him in our lives. He was awesome to have as a Godfather. And, even luckier to have Aunt Maxine to share it with. Love you all
