My husband and I met Vince way back at Carlton Junior High when our son Michael was going there. He was such a people person and so likeable. How could you not want to be his friend. Then when he started ushering at St Blase it was always great to be welcomed by Vince on Sunday mornings with a smile, and a handshake and a short conversation. Our hearts go out to all his family and friends who lost him way too early. Rest in peace dear friend.

What a tremendous loss. Vince served the St. Blasé parish community for many years and he always had a friendly smile and a courteous handshake to greet you whenever you were greeted by him. He was very diligent in his service at St. Blasé and always was sure that the Holy Mass went smoothly without a hitch. He often helped me to sign-in as an Eucharistic minister or to be sure that I was properly prepared for lectoring a given Mass. I am deeply saddened that I will no longer be graced by his presence but I have no doubt he is being waited on by a chorus of angels at this very moment. May God bless you and your beloved family in every way possible as we together mourn his loss.

We have lost a great friend with Vince's passing. We shared many happy family events over almost 50 years of friendship. His generosity with his time and helping others was who he was. There is a large void in the world with his loss.
