Condolence & Memory Journal

Dear, Ann, Josh and Kevin:

We have known Mark since he was an infant. As parents you and Denie were the Best to guide him through life. You provided him with the tools to become the strong person he needed to be.

May his Mother, his Brother and Son know that he is resting in the Lord's hands now.
Jim and Mary Ann

Our first memories of Mark, were at Kevin & JerriLee's wedding on August 25, 2007. It was a wonderful loving way to welcome and blend our families together. We have kept Mark in our prayers - always praying for his health and comfort. Ron and I wish to share our deepest sympathies for your loss of your beloved Son, Brother and Father of Josh. I think of Mark nearly EVERY time I sing or direct the Orthodox Church hymn, "God Grant You Many Years". It was Mark at a fairly young age (via Ann) who noticed and questioned why the choir sang "God gran-chew many years". I was a new director at the time and didn't yet hear or teach diction while singing. With Mark's observation, I studied and became a better singer, director and teacher, especially of diction while singing. I don't think I ever told Mark (or Ann), "Thank you!". I'm a better singer and director thanks to Mark, Memory Eternal!
