I extend my profound sympathies to all those who are touched by Frank's passing but especially to Debbie and her family.
All of us have special memories of Frank. All of us have heard a joke or twoor the same joke two, three, ten times over.
Frank exhibited solid, basic, mid-west values; he believed in Family, God, Country and the value of hard work. And he certainly did work hard! He also served this country. He was a proud man but also a humble man. Never stopped learning; always inquisitive. Always willing to get involved and help. I will remember him as a decent man.
He (and Rosemary) embraced my family and I am forever grateful for having known Frank and Rosemary.

I knew when i left i would not see you again. I loved our hugs and words exchanged You were fun to joke with and care for. Jelly beans. White castles. Beef jerkey so many tomatoes and fun times outside. Thank you for the cough drops for my trip. I will cherish out times together. Far more good ones than not. Rest Uncle Frank. Give Auntie a big kiss from me. Xoxo

I had the privilege of knowing Frank since I was a baby. He was not just my neighbor but a light in the dark, always smiling no matter what. To me, he was my own personal hero, always giving me advice and watching out for my well-being. I cherish the times he would let me help him in his garden and will never forget all the stories he would tell, sometimes the same one multiple times. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family as he is someone that deeply impacted everyone he met.

Our condolences to Debbie and family and a huge gratitude for sharing Frank with us. He was many things to many people but to us he was not only a former neighbor but a friend, who no matter what he was doing would stop to help, a jokester who never told the same joke twice, the man who could fix anything, had the tools to do it and took the time to teach if one was willing to learn. The one who's door was always open and sometimes just yelled across the street. I think he did that on purpose sometimes just to get us to stop what we were doing and walk over. He grew the best tomatoes, and who planted onions for just for Nae(because she liked them). Where Taylor was "Tyler" and "Go ask Frank" was a common goto in Grandma's house. He had a great sense of humor and was willing to partake in anything and everything, kickball games( an avid supporter from the porch) water balloon fights which always extended onto his lawn, countless bday parties, hanging in his backyard listening to his words of wisdom, even Sam knew his name and often went to visit. Frank was a good person to us all, words will never really express that. Frank and Rosemary will forever be a part of all of us and how grateful we are! Thank you for sharing them both for we are better people because of them! Hopefully Frank is not to be believed and he really did go to Heaven!!!
with our sympathies
