Nils, we are so sorry for your loss. Dianne's beautiful smile and laugh will never be forgotten. We will always cherish and remember our many, many years at Belle Maer with you and Dianne. We shared great times talking, laughing, our yearly clam bakes and just relaxing at the marina. Rest in peace Dianne.

We will miss her so. Dianne was a great wife and always worried about Nils. She loved boating with Nils. She loved sitting outside with neighbors just talking . She loved dogs and always asked about our cocoa.
The other night when it was raining and thunder and lightning it was Dianne saying she's ok don't worry I do believe. True ❤ For 52 years with Nils.

Nils, you and Dianne have been a part of our family for my whole life. All of my child hood memories include you both. Being such close friends with Mom and Dad, you have celebrated birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, pool parties, etc. One of the many things I will forever remember about Dianne was her sense of humor!! I LOVED playing cards, progressive rummy with the four of you!! Dianne always said, "whatever the next card is, I'm buying it", and she would whether she needed it or not!! The other thing that I personally will never forget is how Dianne counted. I remember trying to surprise you and Dianne for your 25th wedding anniversary. I think we had dinner (probably Jets Pizza) I had a cake and some decorations and I think some cards to celebrate that milestone! Unfortunately it was only your 24th anniversary, and you were "working on" your 25th!! Dianne's generous nature, her laugh, and her kindness will be something that my family and I will NEVER be able to forget. We are so sorry for your loss. It breaks all of our hearts. I wish we were able to be there with you. All our love, Ed, Mary Lou, Patty and Elizabeth

Sorry for your loss Nils. Diane was such a good person, willing to share her cogent views about politics, politicians and just about anything important. Thats how I will always remember her when I look across my back fence. I know she used to chuckle about my camping hat whenever she was on her patio and asked if I was going to have a garden this year. She was always giving good advice about the weather and how it affected the time on the lake. I loved how she laughed when she would always say to me "you got that right, mister Joe". She could teach you a lot about life. Such a dear person who will be missed. Rest in peace, Diane.
