MAJETIC, Eugene, Edward, of Sterling Heights, formerly of Roseville, passed away on Saturday, December 23, at the age of 89 after complications of Parkinsons.He was born on December 20, 1928 in Detroit to the late Julius Majetic and Anne Polich Majetic.On April 23, 1955, he was united in marriage to the former Gloria Krusinski. Together the celebrated 62 wonderful years. Mr. Majetic proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He retired from General Motors after 33 years. He was a member of the Croation Lodge and secretary to the Korean War Veterans Association.He was an avid sportsman enjoying bowling, golfing, and baseball. He will be remembered as a loving and caring husband, father, and grandfather.He leaves behind his wife Gloria, four children, Kenneth (Michelle) Majetic, Lawrence Majetic, Karen (Steven) Pozolo, and Diane (Curtis) Rusu. Also his 8 beloved grandchildren Allison, Stephanie, and Troy Pozolo, Lauren and Aaron Majetic, Natalie, Sydney, and Andrew Rusu.Visitation Tuesday December 26th 3-9pm with a 7:30pm Rosary service at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons 36900 Schoenherr at Metro Parkway (16 Mile Rd). Funeral Wednesday December 27th instate 10am until time of Mass 11am at St. Lucy Croation Catholic Church 200 E. Wattles. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
