SEIDL, Gerald Lee "Jerry". September 21, 2019. Age 80. Beloved husband of Linda (nee: Lasko) for 57 years. Loving father of Doug, Teri and Dan Seidl. Proud and loving grandfather of Catherine and Steven Daldine and great-grandfather of Xander. Dear brother of Marie Szlag (Mel), Sally Cooney (Frank), Richard Seidl (Shirley), the late Donna Seidl and the late Pearl Stacer. Jerry was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus; he was a 4th Degree Knight and a past Grand Knight. He was an avid fan of the Detroit Red Wings and enjoyed watching the Detroit Tigers. More than anything else in life, Jerry loved his family and being with them whenever possible. Visitation Thursday 2-8pm with a 7pm Knights of Columbus Rosary at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons, Inc., 36900 Schoenherr at Metro Parkway (16 Mile). Instate Friday 10:30 am until time of 11 am Mass at St. Malachy Catholic Church, 14115 14 Mlie Rd. (E. of Schoenherr), Sterling Heights. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township. Memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or St. Bonaventure Monastery in Detroit are appreciated.
