DOMBECKI, Leonard M. passed away peacefully with his family at his side on July 9, 2017 at age 65. Beloved husband of Nancy for 44 years. Devoted father of Kimberly (Frederick) Costello. Cherished Poppi of his grandsons Freddy and Jackson, who he loved dearly. Also survived by his sisters Judy (Bill) McNelis, Joanne Profant and Lenore Donnelly. A co-owner of Suburban Bolt & Supply Co., where he spent his entire 45 year career, Mr. Dombecki was fotunate enough to earn his living doing what he loved. He was an avid golfer, who once traveled to play in Scotland. He enjoyed bowling, vacationing in Bonita Springs, FL and was known for his generosity to many charitable causes. He greeted all cellphone callers with a "Joe's Bar" refrain, which left more than one of them wondering if they'd dialed the wrong number. It was part of his nature to get others to laugh and have a great time, evidenced by the many great friends he leaves behind. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, Mr. Dombecki requested that any donations in his name please be directed toward Macomb Charitable Foundation (www.macombcharitablefoundation.org), which serves impoverished children in Macomb County. Please share memories with the family at their "On-Line Guestbook" at WujekCalcaterra.com
