MCGLONE, Shannon, Leeann, passed away on September 23, 2019 at the age of 41. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, and mother.
Lovingly called "Big Shannon," by her family, and "McNugget," by her coworkers, the five-foot-tall woman had a presence far larger than her stature. She was known for her spirit, laughter, and incredible work ethic. Shannon had a career in logistics for over 20 years, starting in business with her husband, then rising through the ranks at KUKA Robotics to manage spare parts distribution in North and South America. She loved dancing, cooking, and falling asleep to Harry Potter movies.
On May 26, 2011, she married the love of her life, Don McGlone, and they spent 8 beautiful years as husband and wife.
She was the embodiment of both tough love and tenderness and is greatly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her father, Dale Neumann and brother Scott Rozumny. Shannon is survived by her husband, mother Roxanne Neumann, sister Dannielle (Scott) Geach, 3 stepchildren: Shannon, Donald, and Siobhan, and beloved dogs Manny and Winnie.
Visitation Friday 3-9pm with a 7pm funeral service at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons 36900 Schoenherr at Metro Parkway (16 Mile Rd). Share memories with the family at their "On-Line Guest Book" @ WujekCalcaterra.com.
