HEAFIELD, Ruth Esther (nee Partington)
October 30, 2010. Age 96. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth. Loving mother of Margaret Hamilton, David (Patricia) Heafield, Kathryn (Dick Sattler). Proud Grandmother of Lauren, Michael, Holly, Rachel, Kenneth & the late Marianne. Survived by five great-grandchildren & two great-great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Ralph Partington and pre-deceased by five brothers & sisters. Mrs. Heafield taught in Bay City at Handy High School, St. Mary's High School and Central High School. She also taught in Houghton at Doelle High School and Dollar Bay High School. She was a graduate of Earlham College in Richmond, IN and Oakwood School in Poughkeepsie. A Memorial Service will take place Saturday 11:00am. at the First Congregational Church (900 6th St., Bay City 48708) .
